Why a heat pump?
A heat pump doesn’t turn electricity into heat; it moves heat from the outside air indoors. That’s why 1 kWh of electricity delivers 3–5 kWh of heat (COP 3–5). Winter temperatures in Bodrum rarely drop below 5 °C — the ideal range for efficient heat-pump operation. Compared with LPG boilers or electric radiators, running costs fall substantially.
Applications
- Home heating & cooling: Works with underfloor heating, fan-coils or existing radiators (low-temperature models); the same system cools in summer.
- Hot water: Domestic hot water via cylinder integration.
- Pool heating: A pool heat pump extends the season from April to November — a direct boost to villa rental income.
- Businesses: High-capacity split and monobloc models for hotels, boutique guesthouses and restaurants.
Together with solar
When your rooftop PV powers the heat pump, heating and cooling costs are largely eliminated. Designing the two systems together is cheaper and more efficient than installing them separately; the inverter and switchboard are sized jointly.
Product range
CW Enerji Titan (EVI inverter, heating-cooling), Triome and Power series monobloc units, the Aquavera pool series and industrial capacities. A heat-loss calculation is done at the survey and the unit is selected accordingly — not oversized “to be safe”.
