Under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK), the details you share through our survey/quote form — name, phone, email, district, property and consumption information — are processed to prepare a quote, contact you and schedule a site survey, on the legal bases of contract formation and legitimate interest.

Sharing

Your details reach us via our form provider (Web3Forms) and email provider. Where needed to prepare a quote, name and address may be shared with our suppliers (e.g. the equipment manufacturer). They are never shared with third parties for marketing.

Retention

Requests that do not lead to a contract are kept for 12 months; those that do are kept for the statutory limitation periods.

This site uses no third-party tracking cookies. Traffic is measured with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookie-free and anonymous.
