No — and for most homes that isn't the goal. Grid-tied systems cover most of your consumption; the grid takes over at night and in winter. Full independence only makes sense where the grid doesn't reach, and there we offer off-grid solutions.
Typically 4–6 years for rooftop solar, depending on consumption, roof orientation and current tariffs. Adding a battery extends it but gives you outage protection. Your personal calculation is in the written quote.
No. On tiled roofs we use galvanised hooks fixed to the rafters beneath the tiles — no broken tiles, no compromised waterproofing.
Yes, because net metering works annually: surplus generated in empty months is exported and accrues as credit, then offset in the months you're there. In summer, air-conditioning load coincides with generation.
